1. Vaccines

When it comes to vaccinations for my child:*

I trust my pediatrician’s expertise and want my child to receive all the recommended shots at the recommended times, including HPV and influenza.

I only want my child to receive the vaccines that are required for school.

I’m not against vaccines but I prefer to space them out.

I don’t believe in vaccines for my child and don’t plan to give them any.

2. Wellness Visits

My pediatrician should recommend a wellness check up for my child:*

At least once a year (and more often for infants and young children).

Only when they need shots or it’s required by school or camp.

Only whenever they are sick.

3. Acute Visits

When my child is sick:*

I call my pediatrician for advice or an appointment, even if the office is closed.

I prefer to see my pediatrician if they have an opening, but I’ll take my child to urgent care without calling my pediatrician if it’s more convenient.

I head to the nearest urgent care or emergency department. I don’t call the pediatrician if my child is sick.

I call my insurance provider’s tele-doc service to get a prescription over the phone.

Office Hours

Call us to schedule an appointment.

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Closed for lunch 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Saturday
8:00 am - 12:00 pm

We are required to report visits outside of normal business hours to your insurance provider. Appointments scheduled before 8am, after 5pm, and on Saturdays will incur an additional fee, which may be applied to your copay, coinsurance, or annual deductible.

To help us keep your children and other patients healthy, we are not accepting walk-ins at this time.

After-hours Care

If your child’s illness or injury is life-threatening, call 911.

Otherwise, call our office at any time to speak with a nurse.
