Dr. Katrina Skinner is a native of Fairhope, Alabama, the beautiful coastal town she chose as the site to open her independent pediatric practice right after finishing residency at University of Florida – Sacred Heart. She loves watching her hometown families grow and enjoys the challenges of a growing practice. Starting with just 2 employees and 12 patients on her first day in 2009, her office now employs another full-time pediatrician, two mid-level providers, a practice administrator, and eleven support staff who help care for over 5000 patients.
As secretary-treasurer of the Alabama Chapter of the AAP, Dr. Skinner advocates for children and pediatricians at a local, state, and national level. She enjoys her role as Chapter liaison for Reach Out and Read and the Chapter Practice Management Association.
Dr. Skinner loves entertaining and spending time in her kitchen. Most idle time is occupied with knitting needles in her hands. Barre classes keep her mind clear and her body strong. She is steadily marking spots off of her to-travel-to list with her husband and favorite person, Matthew. Her twenty-year-old stepson, Kristofer, is working hard to learn the other family business (scale model building).
Dr. Marina Thompson has been joyfully caring for children for more than 10 years. She loves being able to treat children of all ages —from newborns to teenagers — and encouraging their health and development. Marina is also mom to three active children and enjoys reading, spending time in the outdoors and cheering for the Chicago Cubs.
Dr. Katie Erdlitz is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and earned her doctorate from Troy University. She also holds certification as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. Her interests includes adolescent mental health, effects of postpartum depression on infants and childhood obesity. Katie has a wonderful, supportive husband and is mom to three beautiful girls. She enjoys working out, baking with her girls and exploring the outdoors.
Lindsey Parrish White is a native of Fairhope, Alabama and a graduate of Fairhope High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Auburn University in 2010. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Dual Certified Pediatric Acute/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. Her professional employment background began with working as a registered nurse at Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama from 2010 to 2016. She most recently worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from 2016 through 2018 at USA Pediatrics in Mobile, Alabama, and remains active in USA's College of Nursing as an adjunct course instructor for the nurse practitioner MSN track.
Mrs. White now resides in Fairhope with her husband. She enjoys volunteering with her church’s children’s ministry, spending time with her husband and family, and preparing for the arrival of her first baby. Mrs. White joined Fairhope Pediatrics as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and is thrilled to begin caring for our patients and families.
Rosalyn joined Fairhope Pediatrics in 2012 as Practice Manager, and has worked in health care for over 25 years. She has served on the Alabama American Academy of Pediatrics Practice Managers' Association Executive Board, and currently serves on the Alabama Department of Public Health's Vaccine Coalition Board. Quality healthcare and advocating for the children of Baldwin County are essential part of her responsibilities. A native of Louisiana, Rosalyn and her husband moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 1998 and transferred to Baldwin County in 2011 with their two sons.
Julia is the referrals and medical records coordinator for our office. She has been in the health care field for 22 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
A native of Rome, Georgia, Tonya has worked in healthcare for 20 years and currently serves as the Front Office Coordinator for Fairhope Pediatrics. She and her husband have two children. When she’s not at the office, Tonya enjoys cooking, reading and college football. Go Dawgs!
Debbie Glines has been part of the Fairhope Pediatrics family from the beginning in more ways than one. Aunt to Dr. Katrina Skinner and Dr. Katie Erdlitz, Debbie was the first employee to join the Fairhope Pediatrics team when its doors opened in 2009. A former elementary school teacher, Debbie’s love for helping children and their families is what also drew her to work in pediatric care. Debbie’s faith and family are her biggest passion. She and her husband Keith have been married 45 years where they served in pastoral ministry for 30 years. They have two sons, two daughters-in-love and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys traveling, relaxing on the beach and spending time with her family and toy poodle Chloe Bell.
Lisa is a Tennessee native who moved to Fairhope in 2017 with her husband, 9-year-old son and two boxer puppies. Lisa also has a son who is a student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a daughter at Florida State University. Lisa has worked in health care for more than 25 years and has recently found her passion in pediatrics. She loves holding the babies and interacting with all the sweet children at Fairhope Pediatrics. In her spare time, Lisa loves to cook, read and spend as much time as she can with her family. They love living on the Gulf Coast and spending time on the water.
Born and raised in Memphis TN. Lived in Georgia north of Atlanta for 12 years. My husband Bill and I have 3 children and 7 wonderful grandchildren. We love to travel, being outdoors, all types of music , and trying new food. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years along with the dental and chiropractic fields. I love meeting new people and talking with all the children, because I don't get see my grandchildren very often because they are out of state.
Jennifer is the Clinical Coordinator and Phone Nurse for Fairhope Pediatrics. She has been a nurse for more than 21 years and has 18 years of experience in pediatric care. Jennifer finished nursing school in 1997. After working in family practice and the hospital setting, she realized her passion was pediatrics because of her love for children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her family in Georgia.
Prior to becoming a medical assistant, Lisa worked as a manager for a large corporation. It was during her pregnancy with her son that Lisa became interested in pursuing a career in the medical field. Lisa wanted to ensure that all patients were treated with kindness and respect. Lisa is able to put her dream into action each day at Fairhope Pediatrics, where she has been a medical assistant for two years. A native of Birmingham, Ala., Lisa is a wife and mother of two. When Lisa is not caring for patients she enjoys going to the beach, reading and spending time with her family.
Erin graduated from Daphne High School in 1999 and attended the University of Alabama where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2003. Her favorite quote is from Martha Washington: "I've learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our disposition and not on our circumstances." Erin enjoys going to thrift stores and flea markets, hiking, boating, traveling, watching movies, drawing and painting. Erin has one 10-year-old daughter who loves to gymnastics, watching YouTube videos, riding her hoverboard and making slime.
Katrina is a Spanish Fort native who recently graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Nutrition Science. She is a certified clinical medical assistant who took a special interest in pediatrics. Katrina has been teaching swim lessons to young children for seven years and enjoys traveling and going to the beach with family and friends.
Angel Sanders is a fun loving Medical Assistant who was raised in Northern Baldwin County. After traveling with her husband during his military career, her heart has led her back to Sweet Home Alabama. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful children.
